The Dorey Method™ Program of Integrative Study
The Dorey Method™ Program of Integrative Study* (formerly The Freedom Legacy Impact Study) is an integrative, unique approach (in the form of a one-year intensive training course) that creates and sustains an individual’s capacity to become and continually evolve into an emotionally, intellectually, socially, spiritually and physically healthy person through nine methodologies that have a combined 200+ years of proven, in-field testing. These nine methodologies include: Your Belief System, Creative Problem-Solving, Thinking Skills Model, The Leadership Challenge, Emotional Quotient Inventory® 2.0, Foursight® Thinking Profile, The SAVI Approach, The Chain of Defense™ and Servant Leadership.
Since its inception in 2012, The Dorey Method has specialized in restoring an individual’s well-being from years of trauma, abuses and violence founded on The Affirmative Environment. [hyperlink to subpage] The safe, secure and confidential setting within The Affirmative Environment allows individuals the opportunity to excel and fail forward, which promotes personal growth, learning and restoration.
The Dorey Method includes and affirmatively teaches each methodology with personalized strategies to the whole individual – mind, body and soul – and are taught under the direction of its founder Kathysue Dorey. This program of integrative study can also be taught as an empirical study (impact study) – both methods of teaching look to break the cycle/pattern of myriad violences.

International Review Board (IRB) Empirical Studies/Research
We have been researching the impact of The Dorey Method Program of Integrative Study on an individual’s emotional and social functioning since 2012 with great success. The targeted group populations that have been included in this research thus far have been domestic, sexually abused, violent crime and human-trafficked survivors. In the very near future, we hope to take The Dorey Method into the group populations of incarcerated and/or recently paroled individuals and bullied, sexually abused children and young adults. We believe that the cycle and/or pattern of violence can be broken through teaching individuals the nine above-mentioned methodologies.
